The building is an outstanding example of Victorian architecture featuring decorative high ceiling, sumptuous furnishings, grand staircase and magnificent wood features. There are three main venues including the Raffles Ballroom, the recently renovated Sir Stamford Lounge, complete with its magnificent original bar and the new Chairman’s Lounge for intimate gatherings. Built in the early 1900's for use by the manufacturing and printing industries, this unique warehouse has been restored to its original appearance featuring polished floors, open fireplace, antique bar and a private garden courtyard.
